Jeffrey Greene is a founding partner of Orion Advisors Group, a boutique firm that specializes in assisting private equity groups. At Orion, Mr. Greene guides clients through due diligence, talent assessment and — ultimately — solutions to drive organic and strategic M&A growth. He has worked with over 25 private equity groups during the past three decades, ranging from large-cap funds to mid-market organizations.
Currently, Mr. Greene also serves on the boards of five companies in industries such as mining, medical compounds and packaging. He has served on six previous boards, including that of the SOLO Cup Company. Mr. Greene is the former CEO of Consolidated Container Company (CCC), a $900 million maker of plastic packaging products. He held this position for eight years. Mr. Greene successfully led CCC through a restructuring that resulted in the company’s sale to Bain Capital in July of 2012.
Prior to his work with Orion and CCC, Mr. Greene held divisional president and general management roles. He has also held positions leading global operations, a global sales organization for $4 billion paper and chemical company Union Camp and a 300-person technology center that developed new manufacturing systems.
Mr. Greene lives in Isle of Palms, S.C., where he enjoys fishing, kayaking and the beach.
