  • Jeff Cloetingh

    Managing Director L.E.K. Consulting

    Jeff Cloetingh is a Managing Director in L.E.K. Consulting’s Boston office. As a member of the firm’s Paper & Packaging practices, he has worked with clients on the development of global growth strategy, go-to-market commercial strategy, roll-up strategy, digital packaging and printing strategy, and M&A transaction support.

    Prior to joining L.E.K. in 2011, Jeff focused on incentive plan design and competitive benchmarking at a boutique consulting firm. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Business at Cornell University.

  • Mike Denvir

    Partner The Jordan Company

    Michael R. Denvir is a partner at The Jordan Company, a New York based middle-market private equity firm. Mike joined the firm in 1998 and is a member of the firm’s Partnership Board and Executive Committee.  Mike focuses on the Industrials industry and currently serves on the board of directors of Anchor Packaging, Arch Global Precision, CFS Brands, Dimora Brands and Worldwide Clinical Trials. 

    Mike is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. While at Notre Dame, Mike was a member of the football team where he earned two monogram letters. Mike lives in Rye, NY with his wife and four children. 

  • Jeffrey Greene

    Former CEO at Consolidated Container Founding Partner at ORION Advisors Group

    Jeffrey Greene is a founding partner of Orion Advisors Group, a boutique firm that specializes in assisting private equity groups. At Orion, Mr. Greene guides clients through due diligence, talent assessment and — ultimately — solutions to drive organic and strategic M&A growth. He has worked with over 25 private equity groups during the past three decades, ranging from large-cap funds to mid-market organizations. 

    Currently, Mr. Greene also serves on the boards of five companies in industries such as mining, medical compounds and packaging. He has served on six previous boards, including that of the SOLO Cup Company. Mr. Greene is the former CEO of Consolidated Container Company (CCC), a $900 million maker of plastic packaging products. He held this position for eight years. Mr. Greene successfully led CCC through a restructuring that resulted in the company’s sale to Bain Capital in July of 2012. 

    Prior to his work with Orion and CCC, Mr. Greene held divisional president and general management roles. He has also held positions leading global operations, a global sales organization for $4 billion paper and chemical company Union Camp and a 300-person technology center that developed new manufacturing systems.

    Mr. Greene lives in Isle of Palms, S.C., where he enjoys fishing, kayaking and the beach. 

  • Thilo Henkes

    Managing Director L.E.K. Consulting

    Thilo Henkes joined L.E.K. in 2000 and has more than 17 years of consulting experience specializing in transaction support and developing post-acquisition, value-enhancing strategies for clients. He is a Managing Director and Partner, and leads our Paper & Packaging practice. Thilo is also active in our Building & Construction, Industrial Equipment and Private Equity practices.. He has worked with his clients to evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities, assess growth options in new markets and new products, construct business plans in conjunction with developing new growth strategies, and identify value in cost-cutting initiatives. Prior to attending business school, Thilo worked in financial services for the Boston-based mutual fund company, Massachusetts Financial Services and Goldman Sachs. Thilo has also worked at Daimler Benz in Sindelfingen, Germany. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Hamilton College.

  • Ciaran Little

    VP Business Development, Director of Operations - Asia Smithers

    Ciaran is VP Business Development and Director of Operations - Asia for Smithers. This includes multiple events across Asia across 3 brands and 10 vertical markets including packaging, biomaterials, polymers and rubber, print and packing. Ciaran is also responsible for Smithers Reports and Consulting business providing authoritative and independent market data, forecasts and strategic insight across these. Ciaran works with his team to ensure we provide the highest quality content, networking and information services to our client base of multi national companies across the value chain.

  • Michael Palm

    Senior Managing Director Evercore

    Michael Palm is a Senior Managing Director of Evercore’s corporate advisory business providing strategic and financial advice to industrial companies.  Mike is based in Evercore’s Chicago office. Prior to joining Evercore in 2016, Mike was the Global Head of the Paper, Forest Products and Packaging Group at Barclays and Lehman Brothers. 

    With over 20 years of corporate and investment banking experience focused in the paper, forest products and packaging sectors, he has advised on a number of notable strategic transactions for a range of clients, including Ball Corporation, Berlin Packaging, Berry Plastics, Consolidated Container, Multi Packaging Solutions, Pregis, Pro Mach, Ranpak, Rexam, Tekni-Plex, Trivium and The Waddington Group. 

    Prior to beginning his banking career, Mr. Palm served as an officer in the US Navy for 6 years. Mr. Palm graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and obtained an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
